With commercial operations including residential development and build-to-rent, a pipeline exceeding $2B in metropolitan Sydney, and an HSE leadership team drawn from leading listed developers and Tier 1 builders, an IMS Coordinator is required to build on established HSE performance.
Your Role
Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the IMS and the execution of specific programs across projects ensuring compliance, your principal responsibilities will include the:

Management of the IMS and implementation of Safety (ISO45001), Environmental (ISO14001) and Quality (ISO9001) Management Systems

Evaluation, implementation and oversight of compliance management initiatives and the mentoring of corporate executives, project leadership and subcontractors, in combination with active support of the project based HSE functions in compliance and best practice

Implementation and maintenance of the site compliance and management tech stack and the championing of related ongoing training

Continual review and implementation of safety documentation including SWMS, policies and procedures and management of change across the business for new requirements

Liaison and consultation with key external stakeholders including regulatory bodies

Management of internal audit schedule and coordination of third-party audits for accreditation

Preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports
You
Your previous experience in a systems role within the engineering and construction sectors will demonstrate your technical capabilities and relevant knowledge. Your communication and interpersonal skills will exhibit your abilities to develop strong relationships and be recognised as an advisor to corporate executives and multiple project leadership teams. Your industry experience will be supported by formal safety related qualifications, and you will hold a solid working knowledge of relevant Acts, Regulations and ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
